

Betty Lou Rose, 89, of Dublin, OH, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born to the late Harry and Clara Osborn on March 23 in Dublin, OH. She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Osborn (Francis) whose wife now lives in North Carolina. Betty graduated from Dublin High School and has been a member of Dublin Community Church all her life. She married Judge Clayton W. Rose Jr. in 1950 and they lived together in Dublin for 65 years. Betty was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was passionate about her family, and also loved cooking and traveling. Betty is survived by her husband, Clayton Rose and her three children, Clay Rose (Lynn), Phyllis Tudi (Mark), and Linda Dayhuff (Jeff). She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Courtney McClymonds (Troy), Abby Mexicott (John), Kyle Tudi, Alex Rose (Rachel), Amelia Sacco (Phil), Erin Rose, Karlee Tudi, Lea Dayhuff and Alli Dayhuff and two great-grandchildren, Cole Mexicott and Chelsea Rose. Calling hours will be from 5- 8 pm on Monday, April 6 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., Columbus, OH. The Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 pm Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Dublin Community Church, 81 W. Bridge St., Dublin. Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dublin Community Church, Dublin, OH 43017, in her memory.
