Betty Lou Whiteus

Betty will be greatly missed by her son, Jeffrey (Sabina) Whiteus; daughter, Deborah (Frank) Benham; granddaughter, Amy (Ben) Wagner; granddaughter, Karri (Kevin) Payne; granddaughter, Christina (Parker) Whiteus; and Claudia Whiteus; and great grandchildren.

Betty graduated with an RN degree from the White Cross Hospital School of Nursing, where she began her career, eventually retiring from the Ohio State University Hospital. She was an avid Buckeye Football fan, having attended games from the age of 20 through last season; and never missed a tailgate. Family was most important to her, having attended all functions and activities.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Whiteus, and a daughter, Rebecca Whiteus.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM - 12 PM on Friday, August 2, 2024 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, where a Memorial Service will follow at 12 PM.
