

Bill Henson, age 60, of Grove City, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 19, 2013. He was born September 1, 1952 in Marysville, Ohio and was a 1971 graduate of Franklin Heights High School. He was a former employee of Wilson’s Turf (Eastside Nursery), Sears Distribution and CMI (Construction Material Inc.). Bill was happiest when he was outdoors… he loved Harley’s, hunting, fishing and cheering on the Browns and the Buckeyes. He is survived by many friends and family who are going to miss his great sense of humor: children, Michelle Craig, Donna Whitehall and Stephanie Henson; step-children, Elliott, Daniel, Krystal and Lauri Winchester; father, Clarence Henson; siblings, Sally (Bud) Newsome, Frankie (Greg) Stanley, John (Ashley) Boehm and Melissa (Dave) Brown; grandchildren, Mikey, Stevie, Gabby, Hunter, Alex, Catie, Lindsay, Zack; step-grandchildren, Shelby, Dylan, Chase, Logan, Abby and Jordan; Aunts, Donna, Pat and Ruth; cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Martha and Frank Boehm. Family will receive friends 12-1pm Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Schoedinger Grove City Chapel, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 where services will be held at 1pm; Pastor Dave Taylor, pastor at Bill’s church (Church of God of Prophesy) will officiate; interment to follow in Green Lawn Cemetery.
