Brian John Coleman

Brian John Coleman, 46, of Canal Winchester, Ohio passed away peacefully on June 12, 2020. He was born March 24, 1974 in Davenport, Iowa and was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Coleman. Brian attended Park University and most recently worked as an accounting supervisor at DFAS in Columbus, Ohio. He enjoyed golfing and paintball and playing video games. Spending family-time at the Columbus Zoo and going to the movies really meant a lot to his children. Also, attending family reunions in Ft. Dodge was always a good time! The Villages FL was his favorite place to relax and vacation with the kids. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Renee M. George Coleman; children Aundrea, Elisha and Abigail; sister Michele (Joe) Delarosa; mother-in-law Linda (Dan) Weatherly and father-in-law, John George (Margo); brothers-in-law, Lynn (Kelley) Jackson, Chris (Dina) George, Brandon (Christina) George and Eric (Nicara) George; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends who will dearly miss him. Family will welcome friends 5-8pm Wednesday, June 17th at Schoedinger Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna. Funeral Service will be held at 10am Thursday at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4701 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43232 with Pastor Tony Liuzzo officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio in Brian's memory.
