Carl E. Dean

Carl E. Dean, Jr., 60, of Circleville passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Pickaway Manor. He was born November 21, 1954 in Circleville, the only child of Carl E. and Blanche Eileen (Wolfe) Dean. He was a 1973 graduate of Circleville High School and had worked as a manager for Chase Bank in Commercial Point, Circleville and Clime Road. Carl was a member of The Presbyterian Church in Circleville and was a very caring and upbeat person who was loved by everybody who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife and love of his life, Pamela Sue (Schooley) Dean in November 2014; his parents; aunts and uncles, Helen and Charley Cornwell, Charles and Shirley Wolfe, Earl “Peck” Wolfe and George Dean.

Carl is survived by his brother-in-law, N. Thomas Schooley; aunts and uncles, Edward Wolfe, Arthur and Martha Wolfe, Neal and Shirley Wolfe, Marilyn Wolfe and Shirley Dean; numerous cousins; and many, many friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 5, 2015 at Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home with Pastor Troy Braswell officiating. Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The Presbyterian Church, 134 E.
