Carl Marcum

Carl Marcum, age 81 of Grove City passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021. Carl was born in Logan, WV to the late William R. and Beatrice (Phillips) Marcum. Carl was a veteran of the US Army. He and his brothers owned and operated Cardinal Container Corporation for many years. Carl was a friend to anyone who met him.. He enjoyed woodworking, his dogs Hogan and Cowboy and particularly his Granddaughters. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 52 years, Grace Marcum; and brothers Raymond, Lloyd, Robert, and Junior. He is survived by his son Garett (Lauren) Marcum; grandchildren Ruby, Phoebe, and Winona Marcum; twin brother Charles Marcum; sisters Shirley and Betty Jo Marcum; and girlfriend Florenda Couser. A Service honoring Carl's life will be held 12 PM Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the First Presbyterian Church of Grove City 4227 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123. Rev. Robert Tolar officiating.
