Carl A. May, 79, of Columbus passed away on December 3, 2017. He was born on September 26, 1938 in Charleston, West Virginia to Tom E. May and Leola Dye McClaskey. Carl was a God loving man that would do anything for anyone. Carl was a minister, he belonged to the Masonic Lodge in Newark, OH. He was also the family minister for The Family Inc. and will forever be loved by all of its members and all of the families they have helped. Carl is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Alberta Beal; brother, James E. May, and Tom E. May; son, Tommy C. Burke; great granddaughter, Topanga Brobst. He is survived by Daughter, Carla (Rob) Sullivan; sons, Carl (Connie) May, Chad (Sheila) LeMaster, Mark (April) LeMaster; sister, Betty (Dave) McCrory; brother, Bascom (Jolynn) Duty Jr. and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his wives Julieanna, Diana and friend Marie. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Mt. Carmel Hospice with a special thanks to Nurse Emily Barnes. The family is to schedule a memorial service at a later date.
