Carolyn Jane Richardson

Carolyn J. Richardson, 68, was called home to be with the Savior on Sunday, November 1, 2009. She was born in Ewington, Ohio, to Walter W. and Mary K. Irvin. She was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School, led the King’s Kids Club, and sang in choir. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth Richardson; her parents; and mother-in-law, Thelma Daft. She will be greatly missed by her three children and their spouses, Donna and Stephen Fletcher of Newport News, Va.; Steven and Sindi Richardson of Minnie, Ky.; and Tom and Sharron Richardson of Columbus. She loved her ten grandchildren, Kristin and Korie Fletcher; Lacey (Brent) Schuck; Leeanna, Renae, Nicole and Katie Richardson; and Judson, Nathaniel, and Jennifer Richardson. She was dearly loved by her sister, Bobbi, and her husband, Harold Gardner; her sister-in-law, Carol, and her husband, Dick Treadway; as well as her nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday at SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at Bible Baptist Church.
