Carolyn Marie Stevens

Carolyn "Carol" Marie Stevens, 55, of Columbus, passed Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at home after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born March 25, 1960 in Columbus to the late Richard and Nova (Fisher) Coldren. Carol was a homemaker and previously employed by Merck Medco. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and talking on the phone. She was very loving, strong and giving. She is preceded in death by her daughter Toni, 1 brother and 3 sisters. Carol is survived by Rick, her loving husband, children Lenny Frey, Katrina (Donald) Wing, Cheryl (Dan) Schmitt and Ricky (Lacey) Stevens, many grandchildren, brother Keith (Dawn) Coldren and sister Lorri (Lewis) Baker, close friend James Jacobs, special friends Kim Mitchell and Pam Hill and family, numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 3-7 PM at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Funeral service will be held Monday, November 23, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4701 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43232. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery.
