Cecil William Conner

Cecil William "Bill" Conner, age 74, of Chillicothe, formerly of Pickerington, went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 6, 2017. He was born February 17, 1943 in Parkersburg, WV son of the late Cecil Hobert and Mary Catherine Conner. Bill was married for 20 years to Debra Lynn Woltz Perry Conner, who survives. In addition to being a successful business owner for over 30 years, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, and amazing man. Bill is survived by a sister, Iris Enoch (Gary) of WV; his son, Troy Lee (Mindy) Conner of Florida; step-children, Frank (Phyllis) Perry, Jim D. (Tracey) Perry, and Samantha (Allan) Acord all of Vinton County; grandchildren, Jerrod and Spc. Jacob Conner, Darrell, Dillion and Dalton Perry, Grace, Ryan, and Sophia Perry, Ivy and Isabel Acord; two great-grandchildren; special mother-in-law, Delores Mae Atwood of Chillicothe; and a family full of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters as well as his first wife, Carol Irene Barney Conner. Family will receive friends 12-1pm Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where a memorial service will begin at 1pm. Inurnment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family suggest memorial contributions be made in memory of Cecil William Conner to Lifeline of Ohio and the American Heart Association.
