Charles W. Johnson, Sr., age 81, passed away on January 14, 2025 at The Ohio State James Cancer Hospital. Charles was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 19, 1943 to Howard and Stella Johnson. Charles worked as a Postman for the US Postal Service. He worked hard and led a simple life which he enjoyed music. Preceded in death by his parents Howard Johnson and Stella Johnson; and four siblings, Howard Johnson, Robert Johnson, Aleata Whitfield, Valerie Price, all of Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his children, Charles W. Jr. and Chris E. Johnson; Charita Belton and Dwyane Green; bonus daughter Raisa Green and son Dr. Ivon Roberson: grandchildren, great grandchildren and three siblings: Frizza Howard, Margo Vaughn and Andrew Johnson all of Columbus, Ohio. Per his request there will be no service at this time.
