Charlotte Herold

Charlotte Mae “Ann” Herold, 77, of Columbus, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011. She was born May 28, 1934 in Cleveland, OH to the late Charles and Marian (Osicka) Janecek. She was a 1952 graduate of Our Lady of Lords High School in Cleveland and attended Baldwin Wallace and Park College, where she received degrees as a Dental Hygienist, also a Bachelor of Science, Social Psychology and Associate of Arts Management. She retired as a Licensed Social Worker with Catholic Social Services. She was a member of Church of Our Lady and sang in the Resurrection Choir. She enjoyed reading, singing and watching football. She loved talking with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands Michael Beluscak and Charles Herold and daughter-in-law Lisa Beluscak. She is survived by children Michael Beluscak, Michelle Beluscak (Sandra Smith) and Mark Beluscak, grandchildren Phillip Beluscak and Tawny Kelley, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends Friday from 3-6 PM with a Prayer Service at 5:30 PM at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9 AM at Church of Our Lady, 5225 Refugee Rd. Interment will be at 2 PM in Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brook Park Rd., Cleveland, OH 44142.
