Chloe "Jan" Reed

Chloe “Jan” Reed, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 7, 2011. She was born to the late Harley and Stella Kell on February 8, 1941 in Winchester, OH. Chloe was a loving caregiver to everyone she came across. She had a great sense of humor and loved baking and cooking for family and friends. She was an active member of the Gahanna Moose Lodge #2463, where she baked cakes every Friday for gatherings. In addition to her parents, Chloe was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Puckett; siblings, Ralph Kell and Helen Klein. She is survived by her brothers, Delton Kell, Russell (Dorothy) Kell; sister, Faye McQuitty; daughters, Nora (Shawn) Puckett, Jeanette (Steve) Mullins, Maggie (Eric) McQuate, and Patricia Davis; sons, Thomas (Kellie) Reed, Jay (Kathie) Reed, Jeff Reed, James (Shirley) Reed, Bill Reed; 16 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 6pm Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown RD. (at Beecher RD.) Gahanna. Son Thomas Reed officiating.
