Cindy Lynn Crooks, age 57, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 7, 1960. Cindy was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber Crooks; and mother, Barbara Crooks. She is survived by her father, James Crooks; sisters, Cheryl Dingess, Carrie (David) Spring, and Christy Keynes; nephew, Michael (Ashley) Dingess; nieces, Danielle Wenger and Kirsten Keynes; great niece, Aubrey Dingess; and many close loving family members and friends.
