

A graveside service for Clarence L. Johnson of Buckeye Lake will be held Friday March 9, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Cedar Hill Cemetery with military honors provided by the Licking County Veteran’s Alliance.
Clarence was born on September 16, 1939 in Ross County to the late (parents) Johnson. He died Saturday March 3, 2012 at the Licking Memorial Hospital. He was 72.
He was a HVAC Technician after serving in the US Army for twenty years in the Army Corps of Engineers, which included two tours of duty in Vietnam.
Clarence is preceded in death by his sister, Stella and brother Mike. He is survived by his wife of twenty years Carolyn (Stephenson), children Kelly (Louis) Hinton, Frank Schwenning, Lisa Schwenning, and Tracy Lynn; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, sisters Millie, Esther and Mary Lou (Gary), brother, Jim (Becky); and sister-in-law Dee, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and the family pet cat, “Kati”.
Clarence enjoyed fishing, traveling to Florida and the Gulf, working on cars and being a member of the NRA and the American Legion.
There are no calling hours. Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
