Clarice Ragene Jeanne Wilson

Mrs. Clarice Ragene (Jeanne) Wilson, resident of Powell, Ohio, and formerly of Newark, Ohio, passed away August 30, 2012. Jeanne was born May 29, 1914 in Alexandria, Ohio--one of five children born to Truman and Rebecca Carter. She was united in marriage to D-Day war veteran, Kenneth W. Wilson, on January 17, 1948 in Newark, Ohio. He preceded her in death March 19, 1978.

Jeanne was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a private duty nurse for many years in the Newark area, and a life-long member of the Cox United Methodist Church.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Vickie (Allen) Anthony of Powell, Ohio, her granddaughter, Audra (D. William) Bordine, her great granddaughter, Quinn Bordine, both of Westerville, Ohio, and her brother, Ivan Carter, of Canton, Ohio.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jeanne is predeceased by her brothers, Charles Carter, Earnest Carter, and Franklin Carter.
