

Daniel F. Grosh was born in Columbus, Ohio, on February 24, 1941, and passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of January 1, 2012, at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio, at the age of 70, surrounded by his wife and children.
He attended West Broad Elementary School and West High School. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Saints & Sinners Golf League.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. & Viva G. Grosh; and his younger brother, Robert Clelland Grosh. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Julie Grosh; sister, Patricia (Fred) Williams of Dallas, Texas; aunt, Vera Moeller of Columbus; 6 children, Thomas (Connie), John, Rick (Linda), David, Michael and Danielle Grosh; step-son, Tim (Kristin) Motley; 6 grandchildren, Nathan Grosh, Chelsea (Ben) Cramlet, Scott, Griffin, Spencer & Gabriella Grosh; cousins, Sharon (Steve) Walters, Vicki (Jim) Bradham, Terry (Sharif) Baig, Michael (Joanne) Grosh; 7 nieces & nephews and 10 grand nieces & nephews.
Calling hours at Schoedinger Northwest Chapel, 1740 Zollinger Rd. from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.on Wednesday, January 4th. A celebration of life will be held at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd. at noon on Thursday, January 5th, Rev. Deborah Lindsay, officiating.
