Daniel Joseph Sanders

Daniel Joseph Sanders, aged 18 years, was born on July 28, 1986 in Columbus, OH, to father Daniel Robert Sanders, and mother Joan Luigia (Tassile) Sanders. Growing up, Danny attended Linworth United Methodist Church with his family, was a Cub Scout, participated in the sport of competitive horseshoe pitching, and loved playing soccer. During his 4 years at Worthington Kilbourne High School, he enjoyed singing in the school choir and “Acafellas” men’s group, playing on the school men’s volleyball team, and participating in the Young Life Christian ministry program.

Danny is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Robert and Marjorie Sanders of Richwood, Ohio; and maternal grandparents Joseph Tassile and Geraldine Long of Akron, Ohio. He is survived by his parents Daniel and Joan, and his siblings: Luigia (Eric) Bailey of Worthington; Stacy (Clayt) Robinson of Portland, Michigan; Laura Sanders of Lewis Center; and Robert (Stephanie) Sanders of Buckeye Lake. Danny is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and his 12 nieces and nephews: Amber, Marissa, Robbie, Zachariah, Linnea, Olivia, Florence, Elijah, Adelle, Isaac, Jonathan, and Julienne. He will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A public Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at Linworth Baptist Church on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 3:00. Pastor Brent Miller (Linworth Baptist Church) and Pastor Terry Lewis (Grace Point Community Church) will officiate. All are welcome to attend.
