David Kyle Moore

David Kyle Moore, 50, of Grove City, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at home surrounded by family and friends. He was born June 15, 1961 in Morgantown, WV to Jimmie and the late Sheila (Pugh) Moore. He was a 1979 graduate of Alliance High School and attended Mt. Vernon Nazarene University where he met his wife, Jackie. He was currently the Bank Manager at Union Savings Bank, Grove City and loved his job. He was a member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene. He and Jackie belonged to the Senior Supper Club where they had dinner at different restaurants with their friends. He was a member of the Noon Lions Club of Grove City, attended all family events, was a basketball referee, sports enthusiast and a Score Keeper for Central Crossing Girls Basketball. He enjoyed bowling, playing on the church softball team and cherished being a grandpa. David was a gentle giant and family was everything to him. He will be loved and missed dearly. He is survived by Jackie his loving and devoted wife of 31 ½ years, son Stephen (Rachel) who was his best sports buddy and daughter Andrea, Daddy’s Girl with whom he had an exceptional father daughter relationship, grandson Riley, his pride and joy, sister Debra (Steve) Wiandt and wonderful extended family and close friends and his cuddle buddy Toby (dog). Special thanks to Odyssey Hospice and Dr. Tarek Chidiac. Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Grove City Church of the Nazarene, 4770 Hoover Rd., where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10 AM. Interment will follow in Grove City Cemetery. SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL is assisting the family.
