

Debbie Quelette, age 53, of Columbus, unexpectedly passed away on August 30, 2013. She was born in Columbus, OH on January 31, 1960. Debbie was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed talking to anything or anyone, as she never met a stranger. Debbie loved the outdoors, being in the sun and water. She worked as a lifeguard, teaching her family and local neighborhood kids how to swim. She also enjoyed reading and playing Euchre. Debbie attended Linden Lutheran Church with her sister, where they enjoyed singing and Sunday Brunch. Debbie joined her parents, Marilyn Grove, John and Carolyn Grove, Uncle Dick, and grandparents in death, all of whom she was very close. She is survived by her husband, Donnie Quelette; children, Donielle (Mark) Semp, Christopher John "C.J." (Lauretta Niebauer) Quelette, and Derek (Louis Clayton ) Quelette; grandchildren, Sean Tyler Semp, Madison Eileen Semp, Hayden Stephen Semp, Ellie Grace Quelette and Christopher John Quelette JR is soon to arrive on Sept. 24, 2013; siblings, Donna (Melvin) Poeppelmeyer, Chrissi (Kenny) Rousculp, Rick (Terri Palcsak) Cosgray; father and mother-in-law, John and Laura Quelette; sisters-in-law, Teri (Tim) Davis, Suzanne (Tom) Wagner, Trina (Jack) Blake, Beth (Ross) LeBold, Bobbie (Bobby) O'Neal; many cousins, nieces and nephews, and extended family. Friends may call from 5pm-7pm on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL 1740 Zollinger RD. where Memorial Services will begin at 7pm. Pastor Karl Gaston officiating.
