Dolores Farley was born on May 31, 1939 in Michigan City, Indiana and died on July 24, 2018 in Delaware, Ohio at the age of 79. She is predeceased by husband Harold Condon and son Wayne Condon. Dee is survived by her loving husband Gary Farley; sons, Vince (Sandy) Condon, Jay (Kathy) Condon, and John Condon; grandchildren Jeff (Niki) Montgomery, Mallory (Brett) Manitta, Mychal Condon, Jesika Condon and Nic "Nicky" Condon; great-grandchildren Barrett, Lilliana, Jordon, Ava and Winston. She is also predeceased by many of her beloved pets.
