Donna Ballwick

There are no funeral services planned for Donna Ballwick of Newark. Donna was born in Tampa, Florida on April 2, 1952 to the late William and Elsie (Wheeler) Bell. She passed surrounded by her family on Friday December 30, 2011 at the Selma Markowitz Center. She was 59.

Donna is preceded in death by her husband Donald Ballwick Sr, sisters Shirley Erwin and Nellie Martin, brother-in-law Robert Teter and niece Dannel Barker.

She is survived by her daughter Jamie (Travis) Williams and sons Don Ballwick the III of Newark and Don Ballwick Jr of Tennessee, and grandsons Derek Shell and Nick Williams; sister Bonnie Teter of Whitehall and brother Billy (Ellen) Bell of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna loved her family and watched over her grandsons, attending their concerts and sporting events. She loved to play bingo and loved the country music stars of days gone by. She also loved to travel to Tennessee and Florida to see many of her family and childhood friends. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Hospice of Central Ohio in Donna’s memory. Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
