

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Donna Sue Blythe, 49 of Newark, will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 1:30 PM at the Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Newark Memorial Gardens.
Donna was born in Zanesville, Ohio on June 17, 1962 to the late John H. and Willa Mae (Stidham) Blythe. She passed away at her residence on January 19, 2012 while surrounded by her loving family.
Donna worked for many years at LICCO as an assembler. She formerly attended the Old Country Church and Sunshine Sunday School class. She currently attended the Cornerstone Family Life Church in McConnelsville. Donna was a life member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post #285 in Hebron; attended Starlight School and the James Center; she enjoyed collecting photos, working puzzles, collecting pop-tabs and watching Bonanza on TV. Donna also enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling and socializing with all of her friends. She knew no strangers and loved everyone she met.
Survivors include her two sisters, Carol Ann Rush of Thornton, WV and Kimberly Ann (Lewis) Ayers of Newark; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Linda Blythe and brother-in-law, Earl Rush.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Donna to LICCO Incorporated, 600 Industrial Parkway, Newark, OH 43056-1594.
Friends may call at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
