Dorothy J. Geiger

Dorothy Jane (Ricci) Geiger, 85, of Dublin, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at her residence. She was born August 28, 1925 in Columbus to the late Saverio B. and Mary Catherine (Peloso) Ricci. She was an active member of St. Brendan’s Church and The Natural Foods Association of Ohio. She had a life long passion for organic foods, preserving the environment, creative writing and sweepstakes. She was ahead of her generation in her knowledge of computer technology. She was a joyful person who always generated fun. Preceded in death by her husband, Glenn F. Geiger and son-in-law David Enlow. Survived by two daughters Laura Enlow and Diana Howes, seven grandchildren; L. Christian Howes (Colleen Dalton), Heidi Howes, Katherine Howes, Lewis Howes, Heather Enlow-Novitsky (Matt), Annette Enlow and Seth Enlow; four great grandchildren. Family will receive friends today from 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of I-270) where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 12:30 PM.
