Edward Joseph Pallo, age 78 of Youngstown passed away peacefully at the home of his daughter in Columbus on Monday, August 10, 2015. He was born on February 22, 1937 in Youngstown to the late Paul and Anna (Dolenic) Pallo. Nicknamed "The Masher," he was a Fitch Falcon gridiron standout and later proudly served the US Army in Korea. Edward had a witty sense of humor and loved to tell stories. He was passionate about his beloved golden retrievers, rebuilding muscle cars, Notre Dame Football and the NY Yankees. He was devoted to his daughters and treasured the time he spent with them. Survived by his daughters, Barbie (Eric) Pallo and Kimmy Pallo; sister, Shirley Rounds; brother, Robert Pallo; many nieces, nephews and friends. A private service was held in Columbus, Ohio.
