

Born in Zanesville, Ohio, she was a graduate of Upper Arlington High School and resident of Upper Arlington until moving to Plantation, Florida in 1988. She has lived in The Villages, Florida for the past 10 years. She and her husband have been members of First Community Church in Columbus for over 60 years. She was also a member of Hope Lutheran Church near her Florida home. Of her many passions, she excelled at painting and loved to travel. She also participated in craft and stitchery clubs, The OSU alumni club, Smart car and Roadtrek club.
Preceded in death by her brother Rev. George E. Johnson, she is survived by her beloved husband, John of 58 years, sister Betsey(Dave) Cromer, daughters Elizabeth (Steve) Adams, Carolyn Cummings, granddaughters, Beth(Aaron) Bahe, Molly(Colin) Fenby, Doug and Krissy Cummings, great-granddaughters, Taylor Fenby and Evie Bahe,
Nieces and nephews: Rick(Kerry) Johnson, David(Marilyn) Johnson, Anne(Dave)Campbell, Betsey Johnson, Elaine(Mark) Schmid, Katie(Dwight) Blankenship, David(Mary) Cromer Jr. and Fred(Katie) Cromer along with many great nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
