Elizabeth Ann Elsass was born on February 7, 1970 in Columbus, Ohio and passed away on December 2, 2016 in Columbus, Ohio surrounded by her family who loved her deeply and will miss her terribly. She is survived by her parents Thomas and Barbara Elsass, her brother Stephen Elsass, nieces Ryanne and Mackena Elsass and nephew Cole Elsass and by fiance Timothy Kemmerer as well as uncle and aunt, Donald and Dianne Elsass, aunt and uncle, Lynn and Rick Otty, aunt, Michelle Kendall and uncle and aunt, Charles and Helen Volosin as well as many cousins and other relatives. She is also survived by her and Tim's three beloved dogs and three cats. Preceded in death by grandparents Donald and Margaret Elsass and Charles and Helen Volosin. Beth attended Bexley schools through sixth grade until the family moved to their farm near Lancaster, Ohio. She attended Fisher Catholic High School and she graduated from Lancaster High School. She then attended Marymount Junio College in Palos Verdes, California. While at the family farm Beth was an avid horse rider. She was in Pony Club and with her beloved horse Star, she participated and excelled in many horse shows in dressage, jumping and cross country events. At the farm she developed a passion and love for all animals, especially dogs and cats. After attending college in California, Beth worked in the entertainment area for several years including working for Warner Brothers studios. She returned to Columbus to be near family. She developed a passion for singing and had a wonderful voice even going so far as to cut a few demo recordings. She reconnected with Tim Kemmerer her old prom date from Fisher Catholic High School and they became engaged and, for the last six years, lived just outside of Lancaster, Ohio. During this time she developed a keen interest and talent for photography. She and Tim would get up in the morning and take amazing sunrise pictures and in the evening she would do the same with sunsets. Her pictures of clouds are incredible and were appreciated by many. As a way of sharing her pictures and connecting with people she had a following on social media of tens of thousands of people. Her photographs were picked up and displayed by many prominent photo sites on the internet. Beth was kind and extremely talented. She loved her family deeply. She had an amazing sense of humor that was both witty, ornery and, at times, colorful and her family and friends would not have had it any other way. Words cannot describe the depth of our love for her and the grief we feel upon her passing. We would like to thank all of the wonderful care givers at St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville for their amazing care. Their compassion and sensitivity was truly amazing.
