Ethel Mae Browning, age 96, formerly of Columbus went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2014 in Logan, WV. Ethel was born on January 21, 1918 in Glen Alum, WV to the late Tony and Laura (Likens-Dotson) Gerino. She worked as a Nurses Aid at the State Hospital in Columbus. Ethel was a member of the Pentecostal Assembly. She loved being surrounded by her family. Ethel also enjoyed reading and traveling. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer F. Browning, daughter, Judith Browning and 7 siblings. Survived by her children, Bonnie Adkins, Larry E. (Barbara) Browning and Ronald D. (Kathy) Browning; 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2014 from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon where service will be held at 12:00 pm
at the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date in Logan, WV. Interment Union Cemetery.
