Evelyn M. Phillips, 98, of Columbus, died Friday, September 5, 2014 at home. She is preceded in death by her parents Dorcas and Mary (Hissong) Carpenter, husband Harold, 5 brothers, 4 sisters and 2 grandchildren. She is survived by sister Charlotte, daughters Donna Orris and Allene Hicks, 8 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 25 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving neighbors. We will miss you. Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. where a funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 1 PM.
