Garnet V. Barker, age 100, passed away at her residence on Wednesday March 26, 2020. She has been God's faithful servant since the age of 15. She is preceded in death by her husband; Clay, sons; David and John. Garnet is survived by her son; Tom, daughter; Betty Roberts, special grandson Jason Roberts, special great granddaughter; Lelia Roberts, also survived by Sandy Barker, Adam (Kim) Barker, Scott (Sarah) Barker, 3 granddaughters, several nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends; Mary Saup and Debbie Moskal. Garnet was the Queen of her family and had the wave to prove it. She was full of life and a dedicated Christian. She loved to read, quilt, and make pillows. Garnet retired from Nationwide Insurance after 20 years of faithful service. She was a member of Mountview Christian Church. Due to the coronavirus services for Garnet will be private.
