Garrett A. Ash, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 13, 2017. He was born on July 22, 1987 in Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Gary L. Ash Sr.; and great-grandmother, Anna Humphrey-Harmon. He is survived by children, Carly M. Ash and Miles A. Ash; former spouse, Rachel Maginn; parents, Gary Ash and Margie Stahl; siblings, JJ Wood, Danielle (Wood) Lawson, and Josh Wood; grandparents, Rebecca "Becca" and Richard Weis, and Ed and Kitty Stahl; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Garrett was a talented song writer who made all of his friends feel like family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 2-6pm at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel 6699 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43085 where a Celebration of Life will follow at 6pm.
