Geraldine "Jerri" Magaldine Hunt Lanier Griffin, age 78, passed away at Doctors West Hospital, on Friday, March 30, 2018. Jerri was born on May 30, 1939 to Burl and Zona (Greathouse) Hunt in Richwood, West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Memphis "Bob" Lanier and Clyde Griffin; brother, Malford J. Hunt, Emery A. Hunt; sisters, Eloise Mae Hunt Coffey and Lillian Warren Hunt Uhl Hall. Survived by daughter, Judy Ann Lanier McGarrah (Michael) and grandchildren, Anna Marie, Shaun Patrick, David Ivan; son, Jon Robert Lainer (Karen) and grandsons, Caleb Todd, Joshua Thor and many more nieces and nephews. Jerri was active in her children's lives, sports and school. She was a beautiful seamstress and artist. She worked at Mother-to-be in the late 70's and started work at Sear's Distribution center in the 80's and she retired from there. Interment Field of Honor Cemetery.
