Harold V. Russell, age 85, passed away in Pickerington, Ohio into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Born and raised in Parkersburg, WV, the son of Coy B. and Edna Russell. A 1947 graduate of Parkersburg High School and USAF veteran of the Korean War. He attended Marietta College and West Virginia University. He is a member of the Reynoldsburg Baptist Church. Harold loved music, the gospel, and the fellowship with church family and friends. He is survived by brothers, Edwin and Don; sister, Jean; many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by sister, Rosalie; brother, Robert; nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held from 9 am - 10 am Monday, October 5, 2015 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., followed by a graveside service 10:30 am at Glen Rest Memorial Estate. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Reynoldsburg Baptist Church, 887 Rosehill Rd. Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
