Heather Trimmer

Heather Dawn Fitzpatrick, a resident of the Columbus area,went into cardiac arrest on June 21, 2023 and passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 47 surrounded by her close family. Heather was born in London, Ohio on May 26, 1976 and was one of five children to Johnny Fitzpatrick and Sharon (Bertram) Peyton. Heather is survived by her children John Woodrow, Sarah Fitzpatrick, Lindsey Rich, and Angelica Forrest; grandchildren Austin, Carter and Payton; her mother Sharon Peyton, step-father Danny Peyton; siblings Ronnie Fitzpatrick, Johnny Fitzpatrick, and Faron Fitzpatrick; partner Ed White and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Heather was preceded in death by her father Johnny Fitzpatrick, sister April Edgecombe and husband Roscoe Preece. Heather enjoyed traveling, going on a cruise, filling up a shopping cart and spending as much time with her grandchildren as she could. Heather always knew how to light up a room and give everyone a good laugh, “I ain’t no joke”! Heather was full of life and will be missed by all who knew her. Heather would say “I take good care of my mom”. Visitation will be Wednesday July 5, 2023 from 10AM to 12Noon with the Funeral service starting at 12Noon at Advantage by Schoedinger – Hilltop Chapel, 3030 W Broad St., Columbus, OH 43204. Burial will follow immediately in Galloway Cemetery, 6333 Alkire Rd, Galloway OH 43119.
