Chris was born on November 11, 1968 to Virginia Fuchs Freet and the late Jack Freet in Columbus, Ohio.
He graduated from New Albany High School, class of ’87. Chris was an avid OSU fan, and NASCAR enthusiast, but his biggest enjoyment was spending time with his son and family. Chris always looked forward to his mother’s chicken and noodles and her homemade pies, and helping out with canning and making Jellies for the family to enjoy throughout the year. Chris and his son Jax would go to his mother’s home and explore the woods behind her house and build bon fires. Chris was a gentle man who loved his family and friends dearly. Recently, he went to his son’s school and read to the class, this event was so precious to him that he couldn’t wait for his turn to do it again.
Chris, loved his family and friends; He will be missed by all who knew him.
Along with his father, Chris is preceded in death by his twin sons.
