James Grimm Janes, 62, of Circleville, Ohio passed away after a battle with cancer on December 3, 2013. Born April 12, 1951 at Fort Wayne, Indiana to Paul E. Ellinger and Ruth (Grimm) Ellinger Janes. Jim lived in Morgan and Monroe Counties of Ohio most of his life. He had been in the US Army and had been a construction worker. Jim was preceded in death by his birth parents and sister Carolyn Janes. He is survived by sister Mary Ann Janes, Circleville; brother Claude A. (Shala) Janes II, Aunt Betty Paulus of Woodsfield, adopted father Claude A. Janes, Chesterhill, Ohio and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jim will be missed by his family and many friends he knew over the years. Thoughtful and kindhearted, James was an organ donor and upon his death was able to give others the gift of sight. Inurnment will take place at Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio at a later date.
