James "J.D." Weekley

James Donald “J.D.” Weekley, age 35, of Gahanna, passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2012. He was born in Columbus on July 28, 1977. He is survived by his wife, Andrea Fournier; children, Jordan James and Andreanna Azelle Weekley; parents, Jim and Margie Weekley; grandparents, James S. Weekley and Henrietta Coriell; aunts and uncles, Teresa Blankenship (Brian Goss), Donna (Mark) Capparuccini, Amie (Kevin) Gallagher, and Pat Blankenship; cousins, Joey, Michelle (Ryan), Nick (Katie), Lindsey (Dustin), and Katelyn; mother-in-law, Simona Francisco; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Julio Cesar, Jose Alberto, Joel, Marizol, Yaquelin, and Alexandra; and many extended family members and friends. Special thanks to Jim O’Keefe and lifelong friend, Landon. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Joyce M. Weekley, and grandfather, Donald L. Coriell. J.D. was a 1995 graduate of New Albany High School. He worked for the US Postal Service. J.D. will be truly missed by all who had the good fortune to know him. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at Holy Family Church, 584 W. Broad St.; Fr. Kevin F. Lutz, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mifflin Cemetery.
