

James Bernard Stough (Satch), 78, of Grove City, died January 25, 2012. He was born March 19, 1933 in Columbus to the late William and Margurite (Pracht) Stough. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He received an award for driving a semi for one million miles without an accident and a twenty year safe driving award. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #37, American Legion Post #164 and the Buckeye Christian Church. He is preceded in death by his wife Leora, son David, brothers William and Sheldon (Red). He is survived by daughters Joyce (Greg) McKinley and Cheryl (Doug) Hill, granddaughter Heidi (Andy) Campbell and three great grandchildren who were his pride and joy and who kept him living, Morgan and her special friend Rory Stitzlein, Courtney and Triston, brother Donald (Stogie) and Donna Stough, brothers-in-law Lawrence (Doodle) Belford and Bill Byrd, several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 AM with Pastor Stan Kirtlan officiating.
