Janet Lee Shields, 77, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 9, 2016. Janet was born February 24, 1939 in Columbus to the late Gale and Mildred (Burch) Nott; also preceded in death by her daughter Christy Lee Pratt. She enjoyed crafts, like quilting and sewing. Janet also loved spending time with her husband, Stephen W. "Bill" Shields, Sr., at Autumn Lakes Campground, and enjoyed many lasting friendships. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her granddaughter, Misty Kauff; brother, Robert Nott and great-grandchildren. Family will welcome friends 5-8pm, Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232 where service will be held at 1pm Friday, May 13, 2016; interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
