Jeanne A. Cox, age 95, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016 in Columbus, Ohio. Jeanne was born on August 28, 1921 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Myron and Gladys (Stuart) Merkel. She will be greatly missed by her sons, Jim (Mary Ann) Cox and Dan (Barbara) Cox; six grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Millie. In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, James Cox. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Union Cemetery, 3349 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43202.
