Jeanne Miller

(Nancy) Jeanne Miller, age 86, of Worthington and formerly of Toledo passed away on Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Laurels of Worthington. Jeanne was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 7, 1925; she was the daughter of the late William and Martha Kirchenbower. Jeanne is survived by her loving daughter, Jill (Galen) Passeau of Dublin, Ohio and son, Jeffrey (Phoebe) Miller of Greer, South Carolina. She was employed by Owens Illinois in Toledo and retired after 23 years of loyal service. She was a past member of Toledo Road Runners Club and completed several marathons. She enjoyed sewing and many needlework projects. Jeanne was loved by many and always had a smile to share. It was Jeanne’s wish to donate her body in the name of science and research. A private family gathering is planned at a later date. The family would like to give a special thanks to the caring staff at the Laurels of Worthington and to Odyssey Hospice.
