Jeannie L. Dotson

Jeannie L. Dotson, age 49, died on January 5, 2019. She proved to be an incredibly strong soul from her birth in Columbus, on August 14, 1969 to Judy Vance and John Arthurs. Jeannie had many accomplishments in her life, but her greatest legacy will be the family she cared so deeply for. Her love and care far surpassed her immediate family members and was felt by all who considered her family. Left to remember her love are Jeannie's husband, Eddie Dotson; only child, Brittany Dotson-Lazar and her husband, Brian Lazar; mother, Judy Vance; three brothers; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Jeannie was preceded in death by her father (John Arthurs) and sister (Candy Sue Arthurs). Jeannie will remembered for her strong will, her care for children and animals, and all of the comfort she brought to the lives of those who knew her. Jeannie's family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel 3920 Broadway. Graveside service 1 PM Thursday at the Dotson Family Cemetery in Phelps, KY.
