Jerry J. Tannous

Jerry J. Tannous, age 73, of New Albany (formerly of North Canton, OH), passed away on Friday, June 24, 2011, at The Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital surrounded by his beloved family. He was a kind, loving, and compassionate husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a graduate of Muskingum College, Class of 1958, and he retired as a financial advisor with Prudential. He is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Nadia, his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Marlo Tannous, and their children, Mallory and Alex, and his daughter and son-in-law Carol and Jeff Stewart and their son, Christian. Jerry and his family are eternally grateful for all of the care and compassion that the doctors, nurses, and staff provided Jerry through the duration of his treatment at The James. A memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 2151 Dorset Road, Upper Arlington at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. A private family interment will follow the service.
