Jimmie Lee Cantrell

Jimmie Lee Cantrell, Jr. 40 of Columbus, died Monday, January 28, 2013. He was born January 15, 1973 in Mullens, WV. He was a 1991 graduate of Iaeger High School and was employed as a welder foreman at RSC. He enjoyed horseshoes, hunting, playing the guitar and riding his motorcycle. He was a loving husband, father and friend and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Jimmie Lee and Tamsie Cantrell, Sr and his adoptive mother Virginia Cantrell, brother Johnny Lee, daughter Hope Catherine and niece Nerissa Tyeryar. He is survived by his adoptive father Wilson Elmer Cantrell, loving wife Michelle, 4 children James Wilson, Amanda Michelle, Elizabeth June and Rebecca Ann, siblings Thomas Wilson, Timothy Michael and Dreama Kay Neal, mother and father-in-law Carol and Richard Hartley, brothers-in-law Sam Baker and Sean Hartley, sisters-in-law Tanya Nichols and Stacy and David Shope, other extended family and friends. Family will receive friends Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 PM at Bastian Church of God, Bastian, VA.
