Joan Campbell Harrison

Joan Campbell Harrison, age 84, long time resident of Grandview Heights, went to her Heavenly Father on May 15, 2016, surrounded by her loving family caring for her at home for many weeks, especially the most devoted and loving care-taker, her granddaughter, Shana Thacker. Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Colin C. Campbell of Washington Court House, Ohio, sister, Cancy Hanley of Portland, Oregon, and husband, Robert B. Harrison. She will be missed dearly by her four children, Susan (David) Mitchell, Heather (Ronald) Ireson, Robert C. Harrison, and Richard B. (Mary Beth) Harrison; grandchildren, Shana (Therion) Thacker, Ron Ireson, Joanie (Cody) Ochsenbine, Katie (Ray) Swinehart, Lindsey (Matthew) Reeves, Robert E. Harrison, and Lydia Harrison; eleven great grandchildren; faithful dog, Bruti; and beloved friends and neighbors. Also survived by loving brother, Colin P. Campbell and family in North Carolina. Joan was a Pi Beta Phi and graduate of O.S.U. and retired from Ohio National Bank, Marketing Division. Joan blessed all who knew her.
