Joan M. Mazik, age 73, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 7, 2009. She was born in Steubenville, OH on August 24, 1936. Joan was the daughter of Harold (Red) and Pauline Wilson, of Steubenville. Joan was the sister of Tom Wilson (now deceased) and Paul (Butch) Wilson of Steubenville. Joan is also survived by her two children, J. Leslie Pearson (Jay) of Dublin, OH, and Jeffrey Mazik (Doyle Litchfield) of Walnut Creek, CA. Joan will be forever remembered by her loving family and friends that she cherished deeply. The family plans an informal memorial service and celebration of Joan’s life on Saturday, December 12th, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, at the Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street, Worthington OH 43085.
