Juanita Carole Whitlock, age 70, went to be with the Lord October, 15, 2009. She was born on July 2, 1939 to Wayne Carsey and Mary Lucille Willard. Juanita was a member of the Towing Recovery Association of Ohio and was a founder of Tow Times magazine. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Whitlock; parents; and son, Glenn Roy Bell. Juanita is survived by her children, Paula (Gary) Webb, Joy (Charles) Comer, and Debbie (Dave) Whitlock; grandchildren, Jessica Stacey, Willie (Angela) Hefner, Donald (Alecha) Hefner, Brandon (Heather) Hefner, Jessica Whitlock, Steven Roth, Logan Comer, Clay Webb, Corey Webb, and Clarissa Webb; siblings, Tom Carsey, Pat (Kenny) James, John (Ruthann) Carsey, and Penny (Gary) Fultz; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and other family.
