Judy Janeen Goble, age 70, of Gahanna, Ohio, died July 1, 2013 of a broken heart at Mount Carmel East Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Judy was born June 4, 1943, in Athens, Ohio, to her late parents Aubrey and Earlean (Reynolds) Nickoson. She graduated from Linden-McKinley High School, Columbus, Ohio in 1962. Judy was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Jennifer Janeen Goble and her sisters Nancy (Nickoson) Bivens; and Darlean (Nickoson) Potter. She is survived by her husband of forty seven years, William Thomas Goble, by her son Jeffrey Allan Goble, by her beloved granddaughter Jayla Janeen Goble, by her sister Sandra (Nickoson) Steele and nieces and nephews. Judy was a social butterfly, a great friend, a constant and honest companion to Tom, and a loving mother and grandmother. She loved rainy and snowy days as much or more than sunny days. She enjoyed her Corvettes and the trips that Tom and she took across the country in them. She loved her euchre club and her bowling league. In her latter years her passion became caring for her Jayla whom she loved in a special way. Judy believed in God as her Eternal Maker and relied on Him in her last days to provide her the comfort and strength she needed to move to a new realm of life. Her courage at the end of her earthly pilgrimage will not be forgotten and offers hope to those who survive Judy. Judy is sorely missed by Tom, Jeff, Jayla, Sandra and friends and other family and her life stands as an example to emulate and admire. The family offers a special thanks to all the Caregivers at Mt Carmel East who worked valiantly to return Judy to her family and their efforts will not be forgotten.
