

Justine (Anderson) Neff, age 89, of Upper Arlington, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022. Justine was born on September 22, 1932, and raised in Holbrook, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late James and Donnis (Riggle) Anderson. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Carroll, and her sister Joetta (Fred) Wilch. Justine attended Findlay College where she was a member of the Findlay Choir, Student Council, Theta Epsilon Delta Honor Club, and was the Homecoming Queen in 1953. Most importantly, while at school, she met the love of her life, Carroll, and they were married on graduation day in 1953 and began their lives together. Justine was a proud member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church for more than 50 years and a member of the Columbus Symphony Orchestra League. Justine worked for Lair's Hallmark for 21 years and retired in 2002 as a store manager. Justine loved The Ohio State Buckeyes and her Beagles, Cooper, and Bailey. She also loved the time she spent with her family, especially all the wonderful camping trips and vacations in Colorado. She will be greatly missed by her children; Connie (Glade) Weiser, Karen (David) Donavan, Susan (Robert) Taglione, and Bradford (Shirley) Neff; grandchildren; Sarah (Corey) McKee, Bob (Andrea) Taglione, Emily (Dillon) Ruark, Nicole (RJ) Hanna, Hunter Neff, Halle Neff, Jaz (Joe) Lux, Eric Clements, and Travis Clements; great-grandchildren, Maggie, Riley, Tommy, Owen, Zoe, and Theo; brother, Gilmer (Sue) Anderson, bother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim and Marilyn Matter; and many other extended family members and dear friends including her best friend and neighbor, Bette Grosh.
