Kay Irene Crowe, nee Johnson, passed away on February 11, 2026 at her home in Upper Arlington, Ohio. She lived to be 97 years old and is preceded in death by her husband Jack Crowe, sisters Joan Kagay and Sue Hurd, daughter Connie Crowe, and grandson John Michael Crowe. She is survived by sister Nan Blackford, daughters Sharon and Patricia Crowe, son Michael (Jodi) Crowe, grandchildren Ashley, Carly, and Griffin Crowe, and great-granddaughter Ella.
Kay graduated from The Ohio State University, where she met her husband Jack and was crowned Miss Ohio State. She devoted her life to the care of her daughters and spent many years with her family in Naples, Florida, where she enjoyed walks along the beach and playing golf.
